The Meditation Retreat is an invitation to explore the depths of our being
to free ourselves from the tyranny of the mind.
The Retreat offers a space to step back from daily life and
take the greatest journey there is: the journey towards our own Self.
The schedule includes periods of silent and guided meditation,
teachings of Neeraja, and space for questions.
