Stop thinking and start laughing. When you laugh totally the mind evaporates. The ‘me’, the one that is laughing disappears and only laughter remains. No sense of a separate ‘me’ can survive. The seeker and his search, the thinker and his thoughts cease to exist. Mind stops, time stops, suffering ends.

Meditation erase the distance which lies between you and the enlightened state that you long for.
